It’s the high one off cost of getting your website built that puts most people off even thinking about it in the first place. For some businesses, it’s just not achievable to pay out thousands in one big chunk.
Charging a smaller monthly fee allows you to get the same quality website, keep it well looked after by a professional, but at a much more affordable price.
What’s in it for me? Well, I get to work with lots of different clients and grow my own healthy and sustainable business.
Good question! Paying monthly has a lot of advantages.
By paying monthly you ensure your website is always kept up to date. This is to make sure you don’t run into any nasty problems and you increase the lifespan of your website. Avoid yet another large one off cost in 2 or 3 years time when you have to redo your website all over again.
You’ll have someone to turn to when you need advice. Lean on a professional when you have an idea and need to know how it would work. I’ll also perform regular checks to ensure you’re getting the most from your website.
It’s also super affordable. Once you break down your regular costs such as; your one time fee for the website build, monthly/annual hosting fee, domain fee and hourly costs of any extra work – you’d be mad not to consider it.
It’s easy to look at a monthly payment as another cost like Netflix or Amazon Prime. If you’re anything like me, you try to reduce those as much as possible!
But this cost works slightly different. With a brand new website that actually works for you, you will capture clients or sell products.
As an example, let’s say you’re a bathroom fitter. For £99 you get a professional website that’ll help you convert customers. Let’s say you convert just one client in the month. That one fitting job is likely to make you £2,500+.
The value in the £99 can be, and is very likely to be, enormous.
I believe you get a better experience with a freelancer. You deal direct with a specialist in that particular field. You also get much better support. Because you’re dealing direct with one person, your requests are less likely to be lost in translation. Or, as I see so often.. ‘lost’ completely.
We are here for you, it’s literally our business!
I invite everyone to get in touch and enquire. 9 times out of 10, we’ll be the perfect fit. However, in some cases, we may not be the right match. As much as I need to be a good fit for your business, you also need to be a good fit for mine.
Those who are serious about building long term supportive business relationships, this is perfect for you.
Absolutely! More than half the traffic to your website will be from a mobile device. Of course it’ll be mobile responsive!
The speed of your website has a direct impact on Googles ranking system. A better performing website will mean a better ranking result.
An SSL Certificate encrypts your site (and gives you the padlock in the URL). It’s a ranking factor for search engines and a must!
As standard, all my websites come with initial site SEO which will boost your site to help it achieve a good rank.
There’s a minimum contract period of 12 monthly payments. If you wish to move and/or transfer your website, for whatever reason, you can pay that in full or after your 12 monthly payments have been paid. Whichever you’d prefer.
However, I’m pretty confident you’ll see the value in my services and the growth we’ll be able to achieve.
Hosting & Domain
Absolutely, we use a third party hosting provider with a 99.9% uptime.
I’ve spent a long time looking for a reliable hosting service and these are one of the best.
You do yes. Even though I will purchase the domain on your behalf, it’s yours.
If you decide to stop using my service, I will transfer the domain to your new provider. There is no reason for me to keep it.
I do, yes.
Backups of your website are taken every morning. So if something goes wrong, we always have a backup to restore.
I can work with your existing domains so there’s no need to pick up a new one.
Whilst I think paying the monthly direct debit is getting the most value for your business.
I absolutely can still offer a single quoted price to build your website. You’ll miss out on a range of services and features but I understand that some businesses may not want to pay monthly.
I take all monthly payments through GoCardless. Payments are taken as Direct Debits every month.
Any one off purchases will be invoiced separately.
There is a minimum payment term of 12 monthly payments. After which, you can cancel at any time and I can transfer your website away from my services to yours.
If you wish to cancel before the 12 monthly payments have been paid. You can settle the remaining total in one payment.
Always contact me if you’re having issues with payment. We’ll always be able to work something out.
If you decide to stop paying without notice, your account will be suspended and your website will not be accessible.
